Hey look! I found another seventies Kenner ad! This one is funny. Lets just start with the first panel. A little girl crying saying "Mom--My Party dress is beautiful-But my hands...Blah!". Oh brother. Lucky for her, she gets to open a present early. Her mom must have noticed her Blah hands and got her the manicure set for her birthday. Do you get offended if your the little girl or thankful? Alas, look how lovely her little hands end up looking. Good enough to be a secretary!

What the hell is the scoop with this one? Jack wasn't able to visit his friend Hank in the city but that's okay he still had a good summer. Meanwhile Hank wasn't able to visit his friend Jack in the Country but that's okay because he went to the zoo and the museum. Who cares? What's the deal? Were they worried in 1965 about a revolution lead by bored children? Maybe the UK could have used some of these ads....too soon?

What...the...hell? That was my first thought that came to mind when I came across this ad while recently.  I thought Castle Mammon was a bit crazy with it's telephone audio RPG. This here is just a cassette tape of an...adventure? From what I can find out, which isn't much, the tape contained...an adventure accompanied by the sounds of spacey synths. I really tried to find a sample of the tape online but came up empty handed. It looks like the Sound Trek originally came with a cool Zorcom Space Ship. Maybe when they ran out of ships they thought that two badly drawn sci-fi posters would suffice. Believe it or not I just saw one of those space ships selling on eBay for $300! Not that it's worth that much. Just because you try to sell something for an outrageous price, doesn't mean it's worth that much.

Okay, $6.66? Maybe this is why you don't see more Evil-Eye Evaders around...not that they would tell you they have one. The person that clips a coupon out of a comic book to order a trinket to protect them from the evil eye is also the same person that will avoid purchases totaling six dollars and sixty six freaking cents. There goes that business venture...
